We typically ship individual orders via First Class US Mail. Orders for delivery in the USA are shipped free.  This includes larger orders to retailers etc, that are shipped via UPS.  We also ship to Canada (paid by the customer,) at standard shipping rates, via First Class US Mail.

 

We aim to ship within two to three working days. Please allow extra time for orders placed immediately before a weekend or holiday. Transit times for USPS mail shipments can take from two to three days, for local states and four to five days, coast to coast.

 

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please ship it back to us postage paid.  When we receive it in good (saleable) order, we will issue a refund.

 

If you experience a problem, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve it.  If it turns out to be a defect that is inherent to the product, we can issue a refund or send a replacement.  Please email us to discuss the details:
